We want to ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within the 24-hour notice period may incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $50 and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Guests who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, arriving significantly late may result in a shortened appointment to ensure we can accommodate subsequent bookings.
For group bookings, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to the reservation.
*Changes made within this 48-hour window may be subject to a group cancellation fee.

• Purchase: Gift cards are available online and in-person, with specified denominations.
