The Member agrees to a minimum commitment of three months upon enrollment. The membership will automatically renew unless a cancellation notice is provided, as this agreement outlines.

The Member will have access to 1 monthly complimentary exclusive spa service Champagne peel or Express glow, discounted treatment rates, priority booking, and complimentary monthly products.

Enrollment fees for Trophy Beauty Spa memberships are as follows: Trophy membership is $100, Platinum membership is $150, and Elite membership is $300. Upon enrollment, members agree to pay the first month's membership fee, along with any applicable registration fees. Monthly payments will be charged in advance for the duration of the membership.

The membership will automatically renew at the end of the initial three-month period unless a written cancellation notice is provided at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Early termination may result in penalty fees.

The Member agrees to keep contact and payment information updated. Temporary suspension of membership for up to one month per year is available upon request.

The Spa reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or policies with prior notice. Members must comply with spa policies and code of conduct.

The Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership due to non-compliance with spa policies or misconduct. No refunds will be provided for membership fees in case of termination due to member misconduct.
